Altira Business Park in Herne Bay wins Planning Appeal to build a hotel and restaurant


Kitewood the Kent based property developers have this week won an appeal decision to build a new 50 room Premier Travel Inn and Brewers Fayre family restaurant on Altira Business Park in Herne Bay, Kent.

Joe Crawley, Kitewood’s Managing Director said “We have commenced building Altira Business Park this year and are thrilled with this decision. The Whitbread hotel and restaurant will play a crucial role in providing leisure facilities for our occupiers on the business park.  We welcome this decision from Canterbury Council and look forward to continuing with our build programme for Altira Business Park, which is attracting new interest every week.  In addition to Whitbread we will be making announcements of other new occupiers next month!”
