Cascade has two distinct areas of operation. The company works in rural locations, working with the communities to provide local needs housing and village amenities. When working in urban locations, its schemes are healthcare orientated.
Cascade has an ongoing programme of approximately 700 rural affordable homes in its development programme, as well as 100 urban affordable homes outside of London and 200,000sqft of healthcare accommodation. We work primarily with trusts, housing associations, private care operators, not-for-profit organisations and doctors groups.
