Cascade develops turnkey rural and urban housing solutions outside London and in partnership with Registered Social Landlords. Cascade has an ongoing programme of approximately 600 rural affordable units in its development programme in partnership with local communities. Cascade has a programme of 100 urban affordable homes outside London.
Furthermore, Cascade is developing 200,000 sq ft of healthcare accommodation working with Trusts, private care operators, not-for-profit organisations and groups of doctors.
