Affordable Housing

For the past 10 years Kitewood have developed a reputation as a professional, creative, problem solving partner for RSL’s and Housing Associations wanting to provide economic, sustainable and visually attractive housing schemes.

Kitewood acquires the land, often unconditionally, working in partnership with the local authority and the housing association to design a housing/mixed scheme appropriate to the site, we manage the planning process and then finally the construction, working in partnership with consultants and contractors.

Our schemes vary from 50 to 500 homes and we currently have a build programme of over 1,000 homes.

Handcroft Road, Croydon A 100% affordable housing scheme comprising of 22 units.

Southbury Road, Enfield A mixed development scheme consisting of 123 mixed tenure flats above retail space, close to Southbury railway station.

Clapham Park Road, London SW4 A private and affordable housing development close to Clapham Common Underground Station, consists of 33 mixed tenure. 25 flats built for L&Q, Tower Homes and 8 private flats retained for Kitewood investments.

Holborn Way, Mitcham 63 mixed tenure flats built for L&Q and Tower Homes.

St Mary's Road, Harlesden NW1 At the end of 2008 L. B. of Brent granted planning permission for Kitewood to build a seven storey block of family flats in Harlesden North London.

Heath Road, Hounslow 40 mixed tenure flats for Places for People

Haydock Ave, Northolt 42 mixed tenure flats for Shepherds Bush Housing Association
