Date: May 2009 Kitewood announces two new developments at Altira Business Park in Herne Bay Work has commenced on two new Headquarters buildings for local Kent high tech companies at Altira Business Park, Herne Bay. The two design and build premises commissioned by ICOM and JT Biosciences total 32,000 square foot of office and warehouse space. The buildings are nearing completion and are due to be occupied this summer. Kitewood announced the deals this Spring. Grant Drummond, Kitewood Commercial’s Director, “Our expert team are managing the project for ICOM and JT Biosciences including the design of their bespoke premises and the buildings have started construction. We are delighted to welcome these local Kent companies to this superior Business Park which offers occupiers excellent transport links and employment resources. | Date: 25/01/2008 Southbury Road, Enfield. Kitewood has announced that construction of 123 mixed tenure flats will commence in April ’08 for London & Quadrant and Tower Homes. There is also 4,500 sq ft of retail space to be marketed by Gooch Cunliffe Whale. In keeping with Kitewood’s drive towards zero emissions, this new mixed use scheme will perform to a BREEAM rating of Level 3, for sustainability. |
| Date: 25/07/2007 Southbury Road, Enfield Kitewood have successfully won a planning appeal to build a new scheme of 123 affordable flats and 4,000 sq ft of retail accommodation at a density of 417 hrh. The development has highly sustainable features including: green roofs, children`s playground and a car pool that supplements the 0.72 per dwelling car parking provision. As with other Kitewood schemes the design enables it to be system built, another sustainable feature. The design and planning team who include Dunnett Craven, architects and Rolf Judd, planning consultants, are sincerely to be congratulated. |

| Date: 16/03/2007 Kitewood has successfully won planning permission to build a 100% affordable housing scheme for 42 flats in Heath Road, Hounslow. The scheme designed by architects, Inglis Badrashi Loddo is based on the plan and concept of an 18th century manor house. |
