We commonly introduce private investment to these projects from a network of High Net Worth individuals and other professional niche investors. As a matter of policy we do not stigmatise these projects as distressed asset ventures preferring to publicise them as part of our general portfolio.
Our projects span private and affordable homes to strategic land and retail. Deals typically include market value purchases with profit participation on realisations of added value.
