Kitewood has already delivered over 1.2million square metres of bespoke building space for the public sector, ranging from special needs housing and doctors facilities to compliant affordable housing. We typically procure land or buildings and develop them from conception to handover in a time honoured fashion that requires us to take full responsibility for every aspect of these turnkey schemes. Post completion we also offer a facilities management and/or maintenance service in association with specialist contracting partners.
